Who's On-Line----

Our Lodge is a 'young at heart forward thinking' Lodge which recognizes that the future of our Lodge rests on it's new members. We also believe that to keep an active web site is the way forward to reach the younger members of our Lodge and the community.
Freemasonry builds personal development and gives it's members confidence to face most situations that effect our every day lives.
We meet at the Dux Street, Masonic Centre, Caboolture which houses most orders in Freemasonry; York Rite: Holy Royal Arch, with all of its apending degrees. Knight Templars and the Knights of Malta. Knight Templar Priests. Ancient & Accepted Rite: Rose Croix Chapter. Caboolture Sovereign Council 30th degree. Others: Order of the Secret Monitor. Knights Of Constantine. Jobs Daughters. Order of the Eastern Star. The DeMolay (arriving shortly).

Welcome to the Caboolture Lodge website, the lodge is situated in Caboolture, North Brisbane, Australia. Our lodge was formed in 1918 under the Scottish constitution with the Ritual of Scottish Craft Working which was revised in 2005.

Since 1922 we have worked under the warrant of the UGLQ (United Grand Lodge Of Queensland), maintaining our Scottish rituals and regalia.

To enable Caboolture Lodge to wear Traditional Scottish Dress at its meetings the Lodge has to obtain dispensation from the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of Queensland every year.
We had the privilege of this permission continuous from 9th March 2005 until the 1st July 2009.
From 1st July 2009 until 3rd July 2010 we had this dispensation for special occasions.
On the 3rd July 2010 and on the 4th July 2011 we had the privilege of obtaining dispensation for our members & visitors, if they so wish, to wear traditional Scottish dress, until the 5th July 2012.
From 6th July 2013 we have the full dispensation until the 4th July 2014.
If you are interested in any aspects of Freemasonry and would like further information, please donít hesitate to contact us via this website or using one of the details listed on the Ďcontact usí page.

INSTALLATION 2017

The September meeting of Caboolture Lodge was the Installation of Wor. Bro. Michael Cassidy and the Investiture of his Officers which had the pleasure of Right Worshipfull Brother Brian Ling, Past Assistant Grand Master, and his Grand Team. This ceremony was performed in the Scottish Ritual dateing from 1904.

The Installing Master was W. Bro. Bill McNally with W. Bro. Adam Hunt as Installing Director of Ceremonies and with their installing team they conducted an exemplary Scottish Installation ceremony.

There followed a well stocked banquet in the Caboolture Golf Club, which was very well attended by over 55 guests. Needless to say there was an ample supply of Drinks.

The ODE to the Haggis was carried out in true Robbie Burns style by W. Bro. Adam Hunt.

The Worshipful Master and his lovely wife Anita thanked all of the Caboolture brethren and visitors for their time, efforts and generousity that helped to make this another night to remember.
